30-Day Repair or Replacement Guarantee
If your gear shows a defect within 30 days of delivery, we’ll repair or replace it at no cost to you.
What’s covered:
- Any fault caused by a manufacturing defect or materials issue.
- Issues that occur during normal, intended use.
What’s not covered:
- Damage from drops, spills, modifications, or power mishaps.
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic blemishes.
Just email us at support@die.systems with your order number, a short description of the issue, and (if possible) a photo or video. We’ll send you a Return Authorization (RA) and shipping instructions.
We’ll take care of the repair or replacement and return shipping — free of charge.
Returns for Refund
If you decide your gear just isn’t the right fit, no hard feelings. Returns are accepted within 30 days of purchase as long as everything’s in like-new condition — original box, cables, and all.
- Refunds go back to your original payment method after inspection.
- We may charge a 10% restocking fee for opened or used units.
- Return shipping is on you (unless it’s a confirmed defect).
After 30 Days
Stuff happens, even to good gear. Once you’re past the 30-day window, we still have you covered with affordable repair service.
Our standard rate is:
- $50 service fee (covers diagnostics and up to one hour of labor)
- + parts (if needed)
- + additional labor at $50/hour (only if the repair takes longer)
We’ll always send you an estimate before doing any paid work. No surprises.
Shipping Notes
You’re responsible for getting your gear safely to us for repair. We’ll handle the return trip once it’s ready.
Please pack it well — gear likes to travel snug and secure. We can’t take responsibility for shipping damage caused by poor packaging.
A Few Limits
Our repair/return policy doesn’t cover:
- Damage from misuse, modding, or accidents
- Liquid or power-related damage
- Cosmetic wear that doesn’t affect performance
- Units bought secondhand from non-authorized sellers
